What are my shipping and delivery options?

In store pickup - 
In store pickup is available for all purchases. Please note pickups are only available during our current opening hours which can be found here: https://www.theeliteclinic.com/opening-hours

Free shipping - 
We offer free standard 1st class royal mail shipping on all orders. 

I have ordered a subscriptions that sends me products every month when is this fulfilled? 
All subscriptions services are fulfilled on the 28th of each month, starting from the month after your subscription is started. 

Do you deliver internationally? 
We don't currently offer international delivery as standard however, if you would like to enquire about this please contact us using the details shown below. 

What happens if my order is delayed? 
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible via email/SMS or phone call with a new estimated delivery date.
