'Returns' and 'Refund' Policy

Thank you for you recent purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy. 

Returns - 
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the initial purchase date. All returns must be in new or unused condition with all original tags and/or packaging.

Return Process - 
To return an item(s), place the item(s) securely in its original packaging along with a note confirming your name, address and reason for returning the item(s) then mail to the below address:

Please note: you will be responsible for return shipping costs however, alternatively you can return the item(s) in person to the above address during our opening hours. 

Refunds - 
After receiving your item(s) and inspecting the condition we will typically process your refund within 2 working days however this may take up to 5 working days in some instances. Please also allow a further 3 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account as some banks may take this time to process any refunds their side which we have no control over. 

Exceptions - 
For defective or damaged item(s) please contact us via the contact details below to arrange a refund or replacement. 

Please note: Sale items are 'final sale' and can only be refunded if the item(s) is damaged or defective.
