Medical Aesthetics

Our Ethos

You should never have to choose between looking refreshed and looking like yourself.

At The Elite Clinic, our approach to medical aesthetics is founded on subtle refinement, clinical excellence and a deep respect for individuality. We understand that many clients feel apprehensive about looking frozen, overfilled or noticeably treated. That is why every treatment begins with listening.

Your consultation is a thoughtful assessment of your facial anatomy, natural proportions, concerns and long-term goals. We take the time to explain what will make a meaningful difference, what will not, and when treatment may not be in your best interests. You will never be pressured into having more.

Our facial sculpting treatments are designed to restore balance, structure and volume where it has naturally been lost. Rather than treating features in isolation, we consider the face as a whole, using premium products and precise techniques to create refined results that complement your unique appearance.

Our anti-wrinkle treatments are carefully tailored to soften expression lines while preserving natural movement and character. The aim is not to create a different face, but a fresher, more rested version of your own.

As experienced medical professionals, facial anatomy and patient safety are paramount in every decision we make. We provide honest guidance, realistic expectations and dedicated aftercare, so you feel informed, supported and confident throughout your journey.

Luxury, to us, is not excess. It is expertise, discretion and a treatment plan created entirely around you.

Never overdone. Always considered. Unmistakably you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between facial sculpting and anti-wrinkle injections?

Facial sculpting uses dermal filler to restore lost volume, enhance definition and improve facial balance. Anti-wrinkle injections temporarily reduce the activity of selected facial muscles to soften expression lines. During your consultation, we will explain which approach is most appropriate for your concerns.

Will I still look like myself?

Absolutely. Our treatments are designed to refine your appearance, not change it. We use a considered, conservative approach to create results that complement your natural features and remain unmistakably you.

Will anti-wrinkle injections make me look frozen?

Our aim is to soften lines while preserving natural expression. Your treatment and dosage will be tailored to your facial anatomy, muscle strength and preferred level of movement.

How do you decide which areas to treat?

We assess the face as a whole rather than treating individual features in isolation. Your facial proportions, anatomy, natural ageing process and personal concerns will guide your bespoke treatment plan.

Which areas can be treated with facial sculpting?

Depending on your individual needs, facial sculpting may include the temples, midface, lateral cheeks, chin or jawline. Not every area needs to be treated, and we will only recommend what we believe will create a meaningful and balanced result.

How much dermal filler will I need?

There is no universal amount. The volume required depends on your anatomy, existing volume loss and desired outcome. We take a gradual approach and would always prefer to build a result carefully rather than over-treat.

Are injectable treatments safe?

All medical aesthetic procedures carry potential risks. Your treatment will be performed by an experienced medical professional following an in-depth consultation and assessment. We use premium products, evidence-based techniques and established complication-management protocols, with dedicated aftercare available should you need us.

What happens during my consultation?

We will discuss your concerns, expectations, medical history and any previous treatments. Your practitioner will assess your facial anatomy, explain the available options and provide honest guidance about the benefits, limitations and potential risks. If treatment is not suitable or necessary, we will tell you.

Is the treatment painful?

Most clients find injectable treatments very manageable. You may feel brief pressure, pinching or mild discomfort. Where appropriate, numbing methods can be used to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Is there any downtime?

Minor redness, tenderness, swelling or bruising can occur following injectable treatments. These effects are usually temporary, although recovery varies between individuals and treatment areas. Full aftercare guidance will be provided before you leave the clinic.

When will I see my results?

Facial sculpting creates an immediate improvement, although the final result should be assessed once any swelling has settled and the product has integrated. Anti-wrinkle results develop gradually, with the full effect typically visible at around two weeks.

How long do results last?

Anti-wrinkle results commonly last around three to four months. Dermal filler longevity varies considerably according to the area treated, product used, lifestyle and individual metabolism. Your practitioner will provide personalised guidance during your consultation.

Can dermal filler be dissolved?

Many hyaluronic acid dermal fillers can be dissolved when clinically appropriate. However, dissolving is itself a medical procedure with potential risks and is not required routinely. Your practitioner will assess the area carefully before making a recommendation.

Can I combine facial sculpting and anti-wrinkle treatments?

Yes, they can form part of a carefully planned facial rejuvenation programme when clinically appropriate. Combining treatments allows us to address facial structure, volume and muscle movement while maintaining a balanced, natural result.

How far in advance should I book before an important event?

We recommend planning treatment well in advance to allow time for results to develop and any swelling or bruising to settle. Ideally, avoid trying a new injectable treatment immediately before a wedding, holiday or important occasion. Your practitioner can create a suitable timeline during your consultation.

Who should not have injectable treatments?

Treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where certain medical conditions, medications, allergies or active skin infections are present. A complete medical assessment will be undertaken before any treatment is agreed.

What happens after my treatment?

You will receive clear aftercare instructions and access to our team should you have any concerns. Where appropriate, a review appointment will be arranged to assess your result once the treatment has fully settled.

What if I am nervous or unsure?

Feeling apprehensive is completely normal, particularly if this is your first treatment. Your consultation is an opportunity to ask questions without obligation or pressure. We will explain every option clearly and only proceed when you feel fully informed and confident.
